The Reparations Act passed in late 2017. A black man was picked to live with each white family. The rules were, the black man could not touch the white woman, until both the white married couple agreed that the black man could sexually take her. At first the black men were not so sure the white families would give in, but the Reparations Committee quickly convinced them that through a programmed brainwashing, the men would become addicted to interracial sex. The brainwashing would cause them to become impotent when they saw their wives. The white women would become similarly brainwashed to crave BBC. After a period of time, the men would all beg their beautiful white wives to take the big black man as their lover and cut them, the white man, off from all sex.
