Lianna Grethel (born June 13, 1971, Hartford, Connecticut) is a Colombian actress, model and presenter born in United States. Lianna began her modeling career in 1991 in the city of Cali. In 1992 she moved to Bogota in order to broaden her professional horizons. Her first experience in television came with Canal Caracol in the telenovela La mujer doble. She was then seen in the series Clavo y canela and La potra zaina, playing in the latter the role of Helena Castaño and achieving recognition in her country. Her next participation in Colombian television was in the telenovela María Bonita in 1995, year in which she was also part of the cast of the series Mascarada. A year later she appeared in Sergio Cabrera's feature film Ilona llega con la lluvia and her participation in the Colombian media became scarce. In 1997 she moved to the United States to continue her career. In the United States she has appeared in television programs such as CSI Miami, Alarma TV, Noticias 62 en Vivo and Deal or No Deal.
