I believe that most people would prefer honesty over manipulation. But I can repeat my general stance: culture matters much more than race. I would get along with a Christian African-American far better than I would with some Muslim from Bosnia. The so-called "nigger" from America in this case has a western and classically liberal heritage, shares many of my values and speaks a Germanic language (English) natively. The so-called "white guy" from Bosnia has an Islamic and communist heritage, he hates most of my values and he speaks a Slavic language natively. Skin colour simply isn't the most important factor. Any reasonable person should recognize this. Maybe the "blue eyes" thing seems really out there to foreigners? It's quite simple: here in Norway, we generally like it when children have blonde hair and blue eyes. It's just a well-known staple of our nation. (For the record, mine are green.)
