Hello,

Trying to find the best way to have an insane torture for me i think it would be to be slowly attacked by the inside of my guts.

The idea is to have my ass and my deep guts stuffed with all kind of painfull or destructive products. (Liquid and solid as you want, but the better way i think is to put everything throught a meat grinder before to have a good stuff easy to use.

First cleaning all the digestive tube by inserting a hose in the mouth as deep to reach the exit of the stomach.
Open the water just a little and let's it do all the work, each half hour, turn a little more the tap... 
After a few hours, you should have a continuous flow of water throught all the intestines and a nice clear body.

About the stuffing part you have 2 solutions :

The first one :

Put all you wanted with your hands, entire, dice cutted, sliced or crushed products likes veggies, meat, shit, ... 
Whatever you chosse to stuff in, it takes a little time to prepare the stuff material before.

The second one is my favourite : using directly a meat grinder ! 

With a strong meat grinder you can put nearly everything you want (from liquid to solid substance) and then have a good stuff easy to use.
You put at the exit of the grinder the sausage stuffing accesories, and put it directly into my ass. (like in the picture below)
They are many advantages of this technique :
- easy insertion of all
- no loose of time to slice,crush,...
- no loose of ingredients (all in the grinder directly in the ass)
- grinded ingredients taking less places --> more stuff in guts
- pushing more food in the grinder --> more food pressed in the guts
- ALL you wanted to stuff in is possible : soft or more hard products (veggies, meat, cheese, bones, eggshells or...)

In both cases, push the stuff very slowly and carrefuly to avoid exploding the guts but strongly enought to stuff totaly the guts,then stomach to reach finaly the mouth.
You can optionaly close the both ends (ass and mouth) with what you have to ensure the stuff don't go out !

You can now let your victim slowly be destructed by the inside according to what you've stuffed inside !!!

Now, the most interesting ... what to stuff in your victim ? 

You can use some agressive food like mustard, chilli peppers, vinegar, harissa, ... 
This will burn a lot the inside of your victim, still the begining to the end.
After many hours or days, without the possibility of ejecting this burning stuff, the victim should die in hawful pain.
Instead of closing totaly the ass, you can let a small pipe in it to allow injecting some additional hot pepper sauce regulary.

An other idea is to stuff with anything who could rot the in the guts.
I instanly think for this to use cow shitt, rotten fruits, branches of wood and most disgusting things like dead rats, slug, worms,...
But also remember you can grind everything you want including big pieces like beef, pig or other animals organs.
And some mushroom find in forrest or if you find animal in decomposition this is the must ! :-)

And an other more radical solution is to use chemicals.
You can use then cleaning product, weedkiller, concrete, battery acid, ... 
In this case i think the dead will be a little more fast, but the pain will be also very very much hard !!!
