at the time i had rented a place in a large well-to-do apartment building which was protected by a gated entry that would only open with a code key.

it is still an experience that i treasure because it shows me who i am and how willing i am to do go the extra mile to satisfy the demon within me even if i risk self destruction. but it also tells me that i need to find somebody who at times protects me from myself.
