2 requests please:
[1] allow us to block certain viewers from seeing and commenting on our pages
[2] comments on pics in private galleries need to be kept private not put on the profile page where others can now gain access to the gallery through the comment.

I wish imagefap would recognize all of its members on the homepage. Not once have I ever seen a featured male on there. Perhaps I just miss it but thats I doubt it. My browser opens right to the homepage when I open it. Anyways, all I ever see featured on there are females or couples with a bi female. Whats up with that? Do I have to change my age to 20 and my name to fathoe and let everyone know I squeal like a fucking pig when a penis touches my ass? Imagefap is a large diversified community where all should be recognized. Not just the females. Thanks for listening to my rant. fathoe......I mean fatjoe..lol.

Add the ability for Club Managers to link an imagefap gallery, from any user, that matches their club's genre? This would help the managers to enrich the content of their clubs while increasing the views for the original uploader. I think everybody would win.

Add 1 gallery to many clubs,
Now you can only add several galleries to 1 club. It would be great also to support the other way around, if you just add a gallery that belongs to many clubs and forgot to select it from the list when uploading.
Btw, why that list sometimes appears and sometimes not?

This has probably been brought up before but I'm gonna throw it out there anyways.
Like to see section on the profile where a person can post alerts for new items posted in there profile, maybe a way to post links to points of interest on a subject near and dear to whatever fetish or fancy you have. Also, would like to see a tab placed on the profile to quickly have access to your incoming mail...maybe even a alert that you have mail.
A recently added fan tab and one for recent comments on posted pics would be nice as well.

Would love to see a user guide for imagefap. I've been here a month and can't seem to find one. I dont know how to use some feature on here and can't seem to find any help.
Would like to see a section added to the profiles that allows the owner of the profile to announce new sets of pics, or the ability to post a link to a movie at moviefap.com and stuff like that.
All in all its a great site....Would really love to see those little boxes to post something go AWAY.

Yes I agree with a better way to report users I do see lots of child porn or what seems to be child porn posted on here..
I dont care if the girl is 18 if she looks 12 she should not be on this site and it makes me fear looking threw random galleries cause I dont want such content stored on my computer in any way or form.
You should give certain fap users bouncer privilages giving them a special title and making them able to delete certain galleries and ban certian users that break the rules.

A way for people to report users, not just the galleries. Or, at least some type of response about what is being done to the gallery that has been reported. Hell, I'd be happy for any kind of response from the admin when reporting problems with the site, or finding underage photos.
Also, an easier way to ban people who post galleries that aren't synonymous with your club.

Full of praise for the site and a real eye opener just browsing fans and galleries into areas I probably would not have found or looked for.
One gripe. Right at this moment, I can't upload one single picture as I get the drop down message, like wrong characters, too long title etc. It isn't and it hasn't. It is my new avatar but to make it a gallery and a bit of a description, using the exact system as all before i can't get it in - if you know what I mean.
I loaded a complete gallery in exactly the same manner with all sizes of pics and that's OK.

Is there a way to add a button to each users profile so we can report the worthless f**ks who post pictures of kids and (if it's not already the case) can you ban images of people under the age of eighteen (it is an adult site - we wouldn't let underagers into a porn store so why are their photo's allowed to be stored around adult sexual material). These people really make me sick.

You could accomplish this by setting up the proper categories in "My Favorites" but label your favorites of other members with the word "Member - " and then create favorite folders for your own galleries with their proper genres, label them with "My Gallery - ". Then go to each of your own galleries and place them as a favorite in your own favorites so that they are sorted.
Example:
Members - Amateur
My Gallery - Amateur
It may be a bit redundant but it certainly works?

My Idea for the Chat:
- should be Spam-Flood-Protected
- there should also a bot, who warn user, can Kick or Ban(temp.or perm.)
- or someone who are 24/7 in chat, lol, (impossible I think)
- redirect auto. to the IF Profile, when you Click the Profile
- can be join only one Room
- idler auto. join special, room, where they can sleep xD (but dont do any action)
- maybe a "Jail" to punish user (no action in this chatRoom)
- something that stop the "underage-Pic-Posting" (difficult!)

How about a feature that lets you categorize your galleries that you've posted. I know for me it's overwhelming when I click on someones profile and they have over 200+ galleries. It would be very helpful if that person would be able to separate those galleries into categories to not overwhelm everyone. I know there are some users that have great galleries, but it's not worth it to me, to look through 1500 to try to find what I'm looking for.

hmm i'm starting to feel like columbo^^ there is one more thing: there are problems with the comments. sometimes at the gallery it says eg "6 comments" and if you click on the picture there are less or no comments at all. this also accurs the other way round. and some of my comments cant be seen by the user, thats really annoiing. also the imageviews are similiarly strange. if i click a picture with "<100 views>" i see "Imageviews 182" :S i'm confused. if i view, vote and comment someones picture i'd like him to know...

my ideas:
1.) it would be great if you could change the order of the pictures in one gallery because when i upload them in with a zip file they get all mixed up.
2.) i would also like to choose the 3 pictures that represent my gallery myselfe. normally the first 3 pictures are displayed when you are browsing the galleries but if you delete the first pictures it looks like you have no picture left at all... (i hop you undestand what i mean i'm not good at english sorry)
3.) i woul like to know which are the most viewed & the best rated pictures. that would be a great feature in the gallery section. but zcapncuckboy is right. the rating system has something bad about it, but i don't know a solution for that.

Do away with the ratings! Some people try to destroy gallery scores on purpose, for whatever reason. I can see where this would be aggravating, even when you're just trying to contribute by posting pics, but for those who do creative work like fakes and captions, this is just plain wrong. It makes people who might wanna contribute not, and those who already do, it dissuades them from wanting to post new stuff. The obvious problem with ratings, is the only ones who vote, are the people who are trying to be dicks, the people that hate what you've posted, and the occasional person who really likes what you've done. Out of a thousand views you might get 2 or 3 votes, who's to say that these 2 or 3 people should decide what score your gallery should hold?- I believe the real way to rate the pics is to just leave a comment, at least they can be deleted when someone leaves some bonehead comment on some work you've done.

A list of "better" and "best" web browsers with which to surf and conduct business (upload galleries, add comments and captions, etc.) published in News regularly. Okay maybe not as regularly as the publisher banlist, but you glean the general idea I'm sure. Browsers, in general, have become such "same-ware" across OSes that there's a good chance a build for one will work equally well on other platforms, making a "recommended" list not such a waste of time as it may have once been. I'll start off: SeaMonkey (vanilla Mozilla trading under another name) is very inconsistent and in some ways full-stop incompatible with features on IF. Firefox is better. Opera is surprisingly good. I happen to be on a Mac running OS X, so I couldn't say how good IE 7 or 8 are (MS abandoned IE on this side back with v.5.1).

The new changes have been very well done and are a welcome improvement. Thank you. BUT: Lately things have been sliding backwards. Slow image loading and sometimes not loading at all are becoming frequent again.
Just what exactly is the problem when this happens? I see the very general notice about "experiencing problems" but it's so vague.
Not trying to sound negative, here. But maybe just saying something specific or even just "we decided to take the weekend off so we'll get to it on Monday, pervs" or something like that would be better than the current error message.
If you need help or anything maybe put out an ad up asking for someone to pitch in. I'd help if I knew what was needed.

In the past. I made a wish that the image would show at this address--http://85.17.40.49/full/getimg.php?img=00000.jpg. I actually like to see this one disappear. The "getimg.jpg" is just annoying. This address 'http://85.17.40.43:88/39a/full/145/ooooooooo.jpg" is the same. Just have to click the go button once to get it out of "untitle.bmp" But at lease you can save it as the filename ifap change it to. Address "http://images.imagefap.com/images/full/25/722/000000000.jpg" is the good one. Still have to change the filename on all of them, if you need to keep in order. The IFap page still untitle.bmp no matter what you do. But, the fullscreen solve that. I tried FireFox but, it eat to much cpu.

I would like the option to include the rating/voting system in the galleries you upload. Because there are jokers out there who like to abuse votes and ratings of the pics on other people's galleries.
I had this one pornstar and celebrity gallery where one guy would vote for only one image in a gallery of 50 pics and give that one image a bad rating. And that one vote would in turn would screw up the rest of the 50 picture gallery's rating.

Your FAQ regarding ratios is totally out of touch with reality. Your traffic report (countries distribution) never worked, and it appears that it's the only stable part of this site because it keeps not working. Wish list again - add to your FAQ (pardon my French) how the ratios work. Every time the thumbs and images are not displaying I see ratios go up (last time around it was six time more than usual - suspect that the sudden rush wasn't being caused by the people wanting to see how the images are not displaying). Looks to me, that it doesn't matter if the image is displayed or not, you are counting it in.
Wish list again 2 - on the top of the page you have "Served XXXXXXXX images to date!" - add to that " and among that number YYYYYYYY were really served". From the other topic I see that you have disk space and CPU to be proud of. Otherwise trap in code for errors and don't count them into something that nobody should be proud of.
Wish list again 3 - perhaps that message on the top of the page "Currently we are having problems displaying...." should stay in for good and only substitute the date of the posting to the current date. Chances are that this message will be true whoever and whenever comes to imagefap.
Sorry for sarcasm, but it appears that these problemsiare going on and on and on...... just like Energizer bunny which isn't the bunny I would like to be served on this site.

A way to change the images shown in the default view of the gallery. Really I guess the feature would be a method to reorganize galleries. Currently my default view for some galleries is linked to images that are no longer there, so it just shows an empty thumbnail and I can't change that. An organization feature would be greatly appreciated.

Here's some of what i think that'd be useful:
#1 A way to set the number of shown galleries in "My Content". I have over a thousand galleries so the mile long list is inconvinient)
#2 Mass "Add Description" of galleries. With several options, but even a simple one would be wonderous.
The simple one would simply let to set the description of all galleries at once.
The more complex one would have something like the "My Club" or "My Fanbase" page with the names of the galleries and checkboxes that, when checked, would let to change only thoes descriptions.

A good reason to introduce deletion to the Comments linked to from our MyFap pages just appeared for me, and I'm sure I'm not the only member who's had this happen. A deleted pic (actually two, come to think of it) still have mine and others comments listed there, As the pics themselves are deleted, as things work right now, there's no way to get rid of the Comments. This should be looked-at.

In re thisweekintits's comment about 'latest galleries first: That's what the "Show All Favorites" link is for, Agreed it's an extra step, and more than a few Profile pages use colours that don't quite show (maybe simplifying the sesttings in "My Settings" would help), but that IS one way to check a member's latest galleries. Frankly I like the list on Profile pages arranged how it is -- it gives me a chance, every now and then, to check for dead links in old galleries.

Awesome site, Admin! But there are a couple of things that could be improved:
1. When I look at an image and go back to the gallery I always get sent back to Page 1, even if I've been on Page 23. Could you arrange it so I get back to the page I was on when I selected the thumbnail?
2. I've noticed that sometimes I have to wait forever--sometimes even longer--for an image to show. I suppose it's a bandwidth problem, but I hope you can solve it, because waiting is such a drag!
I'm also wondering why you call this a blog when it's actually a forum?

Maybe new calculation method for galleries's resolution quality ? So if images in both size (width and high) are smaller than 500pixels then could be called as "LOW" quality. Next if one of the size (width or high) are between 500 and 1000 pixels then lets call gallery as "medium" quality. And if one of the size (width or hight) is more than 1000 pixels then lets it call "high" quality. Why ? Because images that are 900*600 are called "High". This is wrong because they are smaller than my desktop resolution which is 1024*768 and i think that 99,9% of users have ot at least the same desktop resolution or higher. So another one. Why in galleries where only a few pics are in high resolution, then all gallery is called "HIgh" ? Even if there is many more images in medium or low resolution ? I think that gallery should be called "low, medium or high" in depend which images are the most (f.e. if there is 10 high resolution images and 90 low resolution images then this gallery should be called "LOW" but in most cases galleries like that are called "High" what I think is a mistake. And there should be one more category for galleries where are similiar quantity of diffrent resolution images, and galleries like that should be called "MIXED". Please think about it, that could be very helpful. And sorry for my english, but this isn't my primary language.

I'd like to be able to search within galleries sections such as "big tits" and "amateur". I also think it would be cool if you could tag galleries or specific images to help in search results.
And finally when one of your images gets a comment there should be an alert which takes you directly to the the image, and when browsing through galleries it should have the amounts of comments on the gallery next to the amount of images.

Why some of my galleries of nonude model Alisa were deleted ? She isn't banned on IF, her sets are nonude, very soft ! I even upload those of sets where she is older (about18+). And You just deleted them ! Why ? And more over - on IF there is much more younger stuff - and this galleries alive for months on IF ! So what ? I'm really pissed off! Better change your name to ImageFrustrating, cause it suks so much !

Things I would like to see:
From a gallery view, a link to see all users that have added that gallery as a favorite.
From profile view: A counter and link to see how many times this user's galleries have been made a favorite and by whom
A link to see which users the profile page's owner has become a fan of.
Possibly an extra page or module alerting you when people you are a fan of add a gallery.
Possibly another method on "my fap" that alerts you when a new user adds your gallery as a favorite.
I really like the ability to find things that interest me that comes from the current "fanbase" system, since if you see something you like, you see who they're fans of and what they've added as favorites. I mainly want to see the improvements which would allow you to see favorites and fans from the other side of the equation.

I think it would be cool if you could cross-reference categories. For instance if Amateur and Big Tits were selected. It would display the galleries that are tagged with both categories.

The download time is not your fault. Fap like to show bitmaps first. They havin't done any improvment on their display. If you use the floating toolbar exspect it to reload. Even sometime don't. Check out the other sites I posted for oleblue2 if you get fed up with this place.

I can't say much about your wish list except the .rar archives is a good idea for large files.
About the 9-24 thing. You can change the way page download by changing the address. When you open a gallery click "simple view". On the address, you will see a one at the end like "=1" . change it to 2 for all thumbs or 3 for all full.
If you are a big file downloader you can try newzfind dot com or even BitTorrentMonster. NewzFind uses downloader like Rapishare, SexUploader, Megaupload
and Getfile.
BitTorrent requirer a software to be download. If you don't know about it.

Why 24 thumbnails system dissapeared ? We've got now 9 thumnails to show gallery content. Isn't that too small ? Why don't add option to choose between 9 or 24 thumnails system ?
And another, when I wan't to save a picture on disc it seems to take a long time, because my PC downloading this picture again !!!!! That's sick and so frustating!!!! and only on imagefap it happens !!!! Is that IF's bug or something wrong with my PC (I use Avant Browser which is based on IE)? Am I only one?

OK. Firstly, how about upload *.rar archives (which are more popular than *.zip) ?
What about more advanced searching engine ? For example if I type in searching area more than one word, lets say two words like "Sexy" and "Girls" then it always search galleries that have in their tittles at least one of this words. I wish that there will be option to find galleries which their tittles including both (or all) of typed words. Also that searching engine very often miss some galleries. And why searching ares dissapear when You click to see gallery's thumbnails ?
And what about TOP100 ? I mean - search 100 most viewed galleries, show 100 most viewed images, show 100 most commented images, etc, etc.
And another idea - adding comments to whole gallery, not only for singles images. And score whole galleies, not only single images.
Ok, and for last something that save some of our time - voting. When I wanna vote i must additionally click at the "VOTE" button and waiting. This is waste of time. Look how voting system works on youtube . com - you just click on stars and that all - very user friendly.

Well Admins, it seems that after a month of the same loading problems I commented on OVER A MONTH AGO others are starting to complain, too.

I found out, that it simply takes a long time to find a pic. Even when it says READY, this most time means all those Adds are ready loaded. Sometimes it helps to RELOAD.
I think, the last two days it became faster ...

Well lately imageFAP has some Problems with finding Pics AND the Speed finding them. When I click a Link from the main Menu, it will show me a Gallery. I browse thru it, click some Pics to have a better View and then I'm at the end of the Gallery. I have to push the BACK button at my browser - now it takes a very long time to return to the main Menu; BECAUSE all Pics I looked at before, will l LOAD again.
Within the single Gallery, most time there is a Link "Continue browsing this Gallery". Why can you not have a Link "Return to Start of Gallery (or similar)". What I mean, return to the Point in (any) Menu, the current Link was clicked? Yes, I know, there is a Link to return to main Menu - but it links to the current Start. If you has been within the Homepage of a Member or some hundred Links away from the Start this is very time consuming - boring!

I would like to add my thought about images not loading consistently. Seems like the refresh button has to be hit over and over and over and over.
At the same time, all of the animated avatars take up an enormous amount of time to load any page with avatars.
ImageFap would be a lot more efficient if they were limited to simple pix.

I thought for a while the problems where over, but they are back; pictures don't load and the next button isn't directing you to the next pic in the gallery but goes round the pics in numerical order, while they are given random names. This is a big frustration; when I read a comic i want to use the next button, but that doesn't work, and in gallerys the order of the pics is of quite some importance as well. this should be a picture site, not some snapsoid clone to see random pics!

Duke4got & hemugu - I've always been able to save images and they've always automatically gone JPG or JPEG, except for a brief period when they tried to save as HTML. So, the BMP problem may be on your end, unless IF has multiple servers which could be causing issues.

A comment link (or pull-down meny from the Profile bar) where someone could select Comments made to the Profile or to the member's pictures in galleries. In General Options (forgot what it's called -- haven't been that way in a while) one could opt to switch this pull-down on or off. With it off, the visitor to the profile would only get Profile Comments; with it On, the option to view image gallery comments would be there as well. BZT

Plasor - seconds and thirds. I find it curious that during a "fix", any single News item newer than the one for 30 May 2007 disappears and no one has an explanation. I'm now inclined to nickname this site the "No Pic 500" (for the code of the Internal Server Error that one keeps getting acquainted with when a pic supposedly can't be found). Another thing they have to fix and haven't is the JPEG parser -- doesn't always work on the first go, and often you have to reload from a page of raw code to get the proper pic.
matrixik -- Take it from someone who was an admin on the ImageCASH Forum: PayPal doesn't provide e-commerce services to sites with adult content. Full-stop. The founder and admin tried going with PayPal, they let him go for a month, then let him Go with a not-so-friendly letter saying never to try again until he'd "cleaned up" his content.

Viewing "Previous Image/Next Image" tweak (full-size picture pages or screens). If you're leaving it up to the random-number generator in the viewer's OS to pick the next image, instead of doing it from the server, then us Mac users and not a few others may be SOL, as our RNGs are notoriously bad. I did a test once comparing randomisation of slideshows between IrfanView (in XP Pro Corporate SP2) to GraphicConverter (in OS X 10.3.9 Panther). The latter app, in a sample of 50 pics, displayed the same picture twice 30% more than did the former. Something to think about. BZT

How about tweaking the "My Clubs", specifically "Add Galleries" so that when you add pics to a gallery that's linked out to a Club, you don't have to add that gallery back afterwards (iow, the Club keeps the gallery by name and number, not by the quantity of pics when it's first added or any changes made to that number of pics by the owner)?
I'd also like to see "Softcore" category in the Uploader made more specific -- perhaps somethng like Softcore-Nude, Softcore-AlmostNude and Softcore-NonNude. I'm sure people are often disappointed to find bikini and lingerie galleries in "Softcore" category when what they want is stuff like Hegre or ALS.

It would be cool to have an option to receive a message in my inbox or somewhere in MyFap which tells me anytime certain users I have preselected add a gallery to their profile. That way we would know if Sticky Queen :) or some other hottie has posted a new gallery without having to vist 10 different profiles every time we logon.
Or option #2 could be an area in MyFap where you can store links to your favorite profiles. Have the area show the Avatar and About Me description. Maybe an "Add to Favorite Profiles" or "Watch this Profile" option on each person's profile could be the way to select which ones to store. Maybe in this "Favorite Profiles" section is where you could mark the profiles with "Updated Content" when the user adds a new gallery.

I was hopeing you could reconsider the policy on clothed underage models, when you think that one can get thousands of hits per day per photo with lets say Sandra, as compaired to the normal 18+ models only getting 50 a week. I can understand the nudes as bad, but with clothes on it can't be that bad, you guys do call us perverts after all. Great idea 6DN. The message system is a little slow for chatting...trust me, I've tried!! What do ya say Admin???
On image size, I had a discussion with Admin, and he said that for whatever reason, his system won't let him go any larger than 750k per image. I have also found that 60mb is the size limitation on your zip file. I kept to the 60mb limit with one of my galleries, but didn't keep to the 750k size on the images. They uploaded fine, but you could never see them. It was my Aphrodite gallery.. the original file sizes were around 4000 pixels and 2700k in size!!

An uploading program. Nothing fancy but the ability to upload here without using the browser. It could have the login info at the top, title, categories, stuff like that. But one feature i think it necessary is the ability for the program to hide in the system tray by the clock. That way, users can upload on a shared computer without being found out ; )

Thank you, suckittrebek. Your method really works! I have successfully uploaded a 845KB PNG format image, but it's strange that I will get a 858KB version by downloading via Imagefap. It seems that Imagefap doesn't simply rename the file. Why does the image itself have to be modified? I'm curious.

When working with clubs allow a better way of adding galleries. If you have 50 galleries you want to place in a club then you have to add one at a time. Some sort of multiple selection feature in my content would be a time saver. This could be used for deletions and changing genre as well.

I expect the 750KB limitation of image can be changed to 1.5MB or more. I have many images of very high quality, but now I can't share them here without lowering the quality due to this limitation.

I hope I will be able to re-arrange the layout sequence of the images in a gallery. I'm sharing some mangas and need this function to maintain them sometimes.
At present it seems that the sequence is fixed and the new images added to a gallery are always placed to the end of gallery. This makes me unable to insert or replace an image without changing layout sequence.

1. Sort by rating.
2. Correctly working Search feature. As of now, you won't get but a single kim possible gallery if you write "kim" in the search field, but there at least 14 gals of her here at imagefap. Also, it shouldn't be sensible to CAPS LOCK.
3. Search should be friendly to wilcards and +, *, ? symbols used as search operators.
4. Search should be able to cover all the galleries ever uploaded to imagefap. As of now, it won't find anything posted earlier than November.
5. Separate Anime from Cartoons.
6. Directory listing in categories should not be limited to 400 pages with 150 galleries per page. I can't browse any further, so earlier galleries just get lost for newcomers. You can't fetch them neither with Search nor with browsing.
7. Only payed administrators, no moderators "from the people" or those will become a nuisance due to rivalry concerns. IFap is all about money, and a moderator's privileges can become weapons in a war not needed neither for you nor for us.

The "size" doesn't not mean the dimension. To illustrate the issue of quality loss of JPG that I have pointed out, I take my picture as an example:
If you download this image: http://www.imagefap.com/image.php?id=1800227257, you will get a version of 182KB. However the original version is in size of 197KB in the same dimension. The latter can be downloaded here: http://up-file.com/download/da3ea6379379/001.zip.html. By comparing them in the view of 100% on my computer, I can observe a different quality loss on the image. I have ever uploaded it twice and got the same result. This bug doesn't seem to happen to all my images, but it did exist in some images somehow.

More of my wishes:
1. Support PNG format of images
PNG is a lossless compression format of minimal size at present. By PNG, we can share some images of BMP-level quality in about one-third size of BMP.
2. Disable further quality loss when uploading JPG images
I've found that some of my JPGs are reduced in size with some quality loss even if I have chosen "Don't resize" when uploading. Someone has ever complained to me that I'm sharing a version worse than what I have on my disk.

My top wishes:
1. Search engine improved.
At present it seems that the gallery key words in brackets, such as [ ], ( ) and etc, are not able to be found by Search. Renamed gallery may also not be searched. And only English is supported now. I think it should not be hard to fix, e.g. by Tag and Unicode.
2. Enable the option to disable showing users' avatars.
Some kind of avatars make me sick. I have seen this option in control panel, but it doesn't work in fact somehow.
3. Archive download (Down-them-all).
To encourage sharing the good and compensate the loss of clicks, this function can be designed to require downloaders to pay a little bit money to both the gallery uploader and Imagefap according to the number of selected images, in advantage of saving time to download. Imagefap is quite good and fair to everyone. Why can't it be faster?

The gallery addition feature seems to be a little akward, first thing there I don't see a way to remove a gallery from a club, also some of the galleries have pictures saying they are in a club, but then when i add a gallery to a club it doesn't show that its added, maybe its just me doing something wrong, i dont know really know if admin could let me know, thanks
