On my first day, I uploaded a harmless image to a gallery, and then tried to delete it - just to check that I CAN delete things!

Then I find the thumbnail is floating around days later... and just now I was able to click on it and view the original image! A couple of days ago, I'd been told the image was deleted when clicking on the thumbnai, which was halfway OK, but now things seem very far from OK.

Do we not have ANY control over our material, once we bung it up on the site?
