Why can a blocked User become my Fan?

A few weeks ago I saw a new Fanof me in my Alerts.
But I won´t this Person a a Fan. So I delete him as Fan and blocked him.

And it happens twice again, that he can become my Fan.
Why is that possible???
When I decide to block a User, than should he notjing see of my profile, my Favourites or Galleries.

Is that here at Image Fap no Standard and how can I blocked him forever so that he can nothing see of my Profile or content, etc. ?

I would not worry about it. If he is blocked he (or she) cannot comment on your images etc.

For me a "blocking" should take him unable to see anything on / in my Profile:
Images, Favourites, Other Fans, Interests, from whom I´m a fan, Club Memberships and so on.
Who cares about some bullshit comments which can be deleted? I´m not.
