This user get amateur stolen pics and do modifications and post with some comments.
He don't have rights to pics.

sorry, i need much more than that to flag an account. not much can be done about someone taking an amateur photo from the net and "playing" with it.

OMAH account is under review right now. I don't know why. But the only way you could possibly see any of his galleries is through the Clubs link. If for some reason we though it would be a credible reason to flag one of his galleries, then you would have to provide a link to that gallery.
