Helpful Advice For ID Requesters
Posted: Thu Mar 26, 2009 5:44 pmI've noticed that most posts here get no constructive response, not unusual, but there are some things that could be done by posters that would help improve their chances.
A descriptive subject line is a good idea where possible.
Most of you are simply posting a link, often to an off-site destination, many people that may be inclined to help you will not click through to an off-site destination, especially one they do not recognise.
Remember that you are asking a favour, it is in your interest to make it as easy as possible for the people you want to help you.
You should hotlink a good image into your post so people can see it without going to any trouble, but please do not hotlink from a commercial site, only from imagehosters that allow it.
At a minimum you should be posting a link to an image on ImageFap, but even still, hotlinking into your post will still give you better odds.
