Moviefap Update.

Hi peeps!

As some of you moviefap uploaders have noticed, not all videos are being processed.

No we didn't lose any videos. The editing and approving of videos has basically stopped.

Shortly after imagefap was launched, then came moviefap. This was a good idea in the beginning. And has been for the last 20 years.

So you know, myself and Dorine manage both sites. Either one of us will work on the moviefap site at any given time. And this happens when there is no other work to do on imagefap. That is a rare occurance!

I figured that adding some new site moderators would help. And it did, but not enough to offset me stopping the imagefap work and going to edit videos on moviefap.

The biggest problem with moviefap is the uploaders know basically nothing about porn. This makes it more time consuming when we have to fix the uploaders "fuck ups". And believe me, there are tons of that!

What will happen now is, almost all videos will be rejected that you upload. We will reject :

* Videos that are blurry
* Videos that are AI
* Videos with very poor lighting
* Videos under one minute. Previous rule was 30 seconds
* Videos that seem to be the same as what you already uploaded
* Videos rejected when you make no effort to choose the correct categories (this happens way too often)
* Videos labeled as miscellaneous or funny
* The majority of softcore videos. These are boring.
* Abuse of the system. Such as uploading 20 videos in a day.

Basically, if you don't have a real good video - don't upload it. The chances of your video being published is low.

Imagefap is growing on average 30% every year. That is new users. Moviefap is a lot less than that. Maybe 1%. We make no money from the moviefap site. And never will.

Imagefap is run by a handful of Admins, me, Pierre and Dorine.

Currently we have 1,381,433 "active" users. Half a million have logged in the last year. Then another 1,380,817 users who pop in now and then in the last 5 years.

You can see we have our hands full and not much time to work on the moviefap site.

The future of moviefap? It will probably stay. It just won't be like it has been.
