how to unlock a private gallery?

i can't find where to change it to public. i also can't open it unless i go into the message i sent and copy and paste the link.

also, another gallery is listed on my profile page but in the galley is shows the folder as empty

You must do that from MyFap -> MyContent -> Gallery Listing

There click on the lock and change the status from private to public.

Yes. This occurs. I already mailed it to @longhairfish and it seems as if somebody worked a litte at the problem in my account.

But seems as if it's a more general problem or is on it's way to become one.

thanks, now i see, i have to be in "gallery listings" to see the privacy controls...

The problem with the "empty" categories in the overview is not solved by that. But if you click on that "empty" category the galleries are there. And at least they show up in your profile then.
