CANNOT USE THE NEW CHAT 31 March 2026 ?

I have tried to use the new chat with 3 browsers - Chrome - Edge and Firefox .
With all three a get a green band at the top of the chat screen which says "Connecting" this stays there the whole time the chat window is open - refreshing with f5 does not make any difference. How can this be resolved ?

The chat is working fine. We are up to almost 7000 users who have joined.

Thats good to hear , however the chat isnt working at all for me !

I have a green bar at the top of the chat screen that says "Connecting" . The previous chat did not cause this problem - what is different in the new chat that means I am getting thins green bar ?
