Click on the link "Report an abusive image" under said picture and state the reason why it violates the terms.

I've tried that, but for some reason it makes me go through an unending series of CAPTCHAS for buses or motorcycles, to the point that I literally can't report abusive images. Maybe that's by design, I don't know.
