Here We Go Again - Being Logged Out

Yesterday, the site said I was not logged-in.
I forgot my pw, so requested a new one.
This got me in, and I changed it to my old one.
Today, it's the same thing - it says I'm not logged-in, and won't accept my pw.

If I visit my home page, it says 'logout' at the top, which I assume means I'm logged-in.
But when I try to edit a gallery, the pw page comes up.
What's going on?
