Help with videos

I have a problem,in last few months i did try to upload my own personal videos on my profile but all my videos got deleted with same mesages over and over again

Can anyone help me what am i doing wrong?i just want to upload few videos on my profile my own personal content but its impossible

Can anyone help me what am i doing wrong?i just want to upload few videos on my profile my own personal content but its impossible
