HI, every time i try to open the chat rooms the site then returns to the home page

I also have that same problem. I am thinking the chat room is unavailable but I could be wrong. Trying to access it for days now,
Now Oct 20, still no access. No idea what is wrong. Isn't there anyone who can help?

Log out of your account.
Log back in.
Try the chat.
If it doesn't work then you are banned from the chat for breaking the chat rules.
Email support if you seem to be banned.
The chat is fine. Running 100%
