SYSTEM ERROR MESSAGES in all chat rooms

Hi

My user is : HOTCUMMER

Need help please...
Every time i chat, or add photo in any chatroom...in a Channel, or Direct Message, I constantly get the following:

SYSTEM ERROR MESSAGE ( ONLY VISiBLE TO YOU )

No idea why....but i get between 10 and 20 ever time I post, which spoils the chat.

Can anyone help please.
