Why am I getting multiple instances of 'You tried upload forbidden content: 6 times, your entire gallery is closed.' when it's the first time uploading image(s) or reposting already accepted content for other user galleries?

I've found this sort of error message appears from time to time. I believe it's caused by a "back end" failure at the imagefap servers that gets misinterpreted or misreported. The root cause may even not be the imagefap system. So far as I can tell, it's just an annoyance.
