Missing Avatars - Yours?

Hi,
Yes my avatar disappeared today; I didn't change it ever, and I don't remember where I picked the picture , sorry.
Besides, many avatars of iother people disappeared today too.
Hoping you can fix it ...

All of my avatars have disappeared and if I upload a new one it does not appear.

I went missing about a week ago. I have changed nothing since I became a member years ago and I downloaded it from my phone back then. Good luck!!
