Getting certified

Why can't I get certified? What am I doing wrong?

If you sent a verification picture and the picture was rejected, you should have received a response back from us.

If you did not get a response form us, then your picture never made it to the verification process.

Check this gallery for some acceptable samples people have used to verify them selves.

I tried a couple of time but apparently since I didn't get a rejected message it didn't go through do I need to keep a copy in my personal galleries for it to register?

My guess is that the picture you are trying to send is very large, like from a digital camera or cell phone that has the setting to very high.

We have seen that even if you do send the picture via the form (uploading), then we never get it.

See if you can shrink the picture. Send again.
