Well you can, with a browser extension like greasemonkey or tempermonkey and user script massivefap will do the trick.

Has anyone else had issues with Tampermonkey, Violentmonkey or Greasemonkey scripts not executing recently since 6/2018? I've tried multiple browsers, ad blockers off and all three script engines. I suspect code was changed on the site to block scripts.
