Suggestions for Moviefap

hi everybody!
i want to give some ideas to improve Moviefap and especially for the members who upload regularly videos, like me.
1 - can you put a special button to delete videos? it gets on my nerves when a video doesn't work and stay always online.
2 - i think it could be cool if we can choose the avatar of the video: we could activate one image among 3 or 5 automatically selected, as many porn video sites propose it.
so what do you think about it?
