Possible JPEG link to XP Antivirus 2012

XP Antivirus 2012 is a nasty little bugger and I have Zone Alarm which protects me from a lot of other nasties. However I passed a link - in chat - to a friend and it appeared to have been the catalyst to her catching this virus.

It had no effect on me, but when she was FINALLY able to get back online she immediately told me. I don't know what official action needs to be taken, but please don't let this happen to you or anyone you care about.

I clicked on it with virus protection disabled. Firefox and Chrome. Nothing happened here.
