I think that barely legal galleries should be placed on the Forbidden Content List, reason being is because there is no way of knowing the actual age. I think it would be best not to take the risk......!

I agree with this, however I think that many people would not be overly happy if it was placed on the Forbidden list, not that I care, it's the same with certain celebrities being faked, prime examples include Emma Watson and Selena Gomez, both are over 18 now but most pictures use the face from when said girl was under 18, the girl may look the same now that she's of legal age than when she's 16 or 17 (in a facial way).
