The uploader tool is still not working

The upload tool either kicks you out or just doesn't upload pics. There has not been a single gallery uploaded without errors. I deliberately posted this rubbish

to see how many photos uploaded. A third of them is the answer. The tool no longer functions. It's an hit and miss tool that might work for some.
