Actions taking two attempts

The last couple of days, I've been running into pages requiring two attempts to load. For example, I'll click on a link to a gallery, and I get a blank page (but with the full, correct url in my browser's address bar) If I then click reload, the page will load completely. This will happen multiple times throughout my visit.

Similarly, I just went to add a gallery to my favorites, and the Add To Your Imagefap Favorites button just pinwheeled after I clicked it, until I reloaded the page. It worked as expected after.

I haven't seen this issue happen to me. Nor has anyone reported the same issues.

We will leave this topic open and see if anyone responds.

In the mean time try cleaning up any cookies for our site.

I'll give an example, if it helps.

I went to check out a gallery I saw on the main Gallery page. When I click on the link, I go to this url:
https://www.imagefap.com/gallery.php?gid=9019221
This gives me a blank page.

When I reload the page, the url changes to this:
https://www.imagefap.com/pictures/9019221/drew-B
Which gives me the gallery.

It's also happening to me, for the last day or two. Not always, but once every ten pages, more or less. What I get is not actually a blank page, but a "this page does not exist" error. When I click refresh, it immediately loads correctly.

I've been using a VPN, I'd say that's a factor but I've been using it for many years, and this hasn't happened before. Looks like a server issue to me.

All right. No solution to this - not yet anyway. This would be hard to explain to the IT guys, but I will when I am done typing this.

Once in a while I see people send me links (business stuff) and they are mentioning:

https://www.imagefap.com/gallery.php?gid=9019221 - While this is a legit link, its been a long time since I saw it formatted this way.

The GID link (Gallery ID) is the same thing as this, which is the norm for gallery links:

https://www.imagefap.com/pictures/9019221/drew-B - This link is also fine, but anything after the GID/ isn't necessary.

And you will get the same result by doing this:

https://www.imagefap.com/pictures/9019221/

Something appears to be 'messed up' with the end of the link gid=9019221. But it should work anyway. Just not for some users? I will be checking around and report it to the web design guys.

Happening with me as well - upload tool seems to be running slow again and just drops random images out for the upload.

Just wondering if there's been any movement on this problem? It seems to be getting worse (at least for me).

Over the last few days (mostly Thursday and Friday) some internal network stuff was done. Hopefully anything mentioned in this topic will be resolved.

Same for me - it happens totally randomly when opening galleries, main page, an image, whatever - sometimes it's just a blank site, that I need to refresh and then it loads.
Not really annoying, but I also noticed it happens.
