Imageview statistics not working for new galleries?

Thanks for the update, even if there is no news.

On a lark, I turned my stats OFF and back ON. No change. Still no stats for anything posted since the upload outage a couple weeks ago.

Bonjour, encore une fois je constate que le decompte statistque ne fonctionne plus... ayant ajouté 2 galleries la semaine derniere, aucune n'est prise en compte dans lle total par jour et par galleries.... quand cela sera t-il révisé....

hi, aujourd'hui 24 nov, les nouvelles galeries ne sont toujours pas prises en compte dans l'etablissement des statistiques totales et par galleries......Combien de temps cela va-t-il encore durer..?

FWIW, the experience I'm having is that the statistics are out of sync with the displayed image hits. The difference is about two hits showing on the gallery page for every one counted in the stat reports.

Bonsoir, toujours pas de changement.... ex: le 29-11 un bref calcul/ sur 7 jours donne.... par jour > 426 views.
on controle que pour 14 galleries affichées (au lieu de 16 existantes) sur 7 jours >426 views .... Enfin pour les deux nouvelles galleries non prises en compte, sur les 7 jours on denombre sur l'une qui comporte 7 photos >576 views et sur l'autre qui compte 24 photos >945 views soit un manque de 1521 views....
En conclusion au 29-11 le total du nombre de views sur mon compte, en 7 jours, aurait du etre de 16 galleries 426+1521= 1947 views au lieu des 14 galleries et 426 views....
Cette demonstration faite, j'espere qu'il sera rapidement remédié a cet etat de fait qui s'est dejà produit par le passé...

Hi, I read about this a while back but don't recall where the thread is - apparently it's a factor of three hits showing in the gallery to one in the stats. The stats are the correct figure. The numbers will bear this out - whatever the numbers of views on a picture in the gallery you'll see they are always divisible by three. It was described as a long standing bug which could only be fixed by deleting everyone's data and starting all our stats from scratch, so they decided to leave it alone.

The issue we are discussing in this thread is gallery hits not showing in the stats at all since late October - I'm getting concerned, as we are well into the second month waiting for a fix.

Its not useless. You can always keep uploading.

I know some of you guys like the numbers. I get that. But the web design team hasn't given me a date of when the counter will be fixed.
