Ugly Red Banner in chat

A red banner saying this -

"Please check connection, Mattermost unreachable. If issue persists, ask administrator to check WebSocket port."

Is there anything I can do to stop this showing up ?

Or, is it a server side issue ?

The banner stays. Unless someone wants to drop us $150,000.00 to upgrade the chat.

Checking the WebSocket port costs a ton of money ?

My chat was working perfectly until a couple of days ago - now it doesnt work properly and needs to be constantly refereshed , also the bing noise has gone.

Is there nothing that I can do ?

We haven't changed anything in the chat. We can't.

I do know there have been many web browser updates recently.

Or maybe one of your extensions installed in the browser has issues with the chat.

A browser extension from Super Anti Spyware screwed up the chat !

Removed it and things work again.
