Block This User popup pop-under

When I clicked the Block This User button, the popup dialog appears under all the Fanbase images, making it impossible to click OK.

I had the same problem but I found a solution to that:

1. If you are using Firefox or IE, you can press Ctrl- (the CTRL key plus the minus key).

2. Each time you do this, you will see the popup dialog box shift position along with all the other boxes on the page.

3 Do this until the YES button becomes accessible to your cursor.

4. Presto! You can now block the person (and I am assuming it is that asshole spammer that has been plaguing IF members for weeks).
