why whenever I log into the forum, and select "view new posts" I'm getting lists of old posts?

I now have 4 pages of already read topics showing up under the "View new posts" option.

All are grey.

WTF?

I usually go by whether or not the (what is that thing supposed to be, anyway?) in the circle shows up red as I surf down the list of forums.

Then when I'm in a forum, again I look for the red (whatthehellizzthat?).

I find it usually works.

Do you honestly think that a site which hosts an Alert system that can't tell when an Alert-able action has been reversed or cancelled, and sends out duplicate removal-of-image emails, is going to keep its forum "View new posts" function synched correctly? If you do, you're far more of an optimist -- and I mean that sincerely not sarcastically -- than I could ever be w/re ImageFap.

Actually... yeah. I mean, I never had a problem with it until a few weeks ago. Any posts that I'd read, and had no further contributions didn't show up under the "view new posts".

Since my browser hasn't changed, my ISP hasn't changed, and my settings haven't changed I'm assuming the website has changed.

looks like it stopped functioning on either nov. 9th or 10th. on the index page it shows my last visit was "Last visit was: 09 Nov 2011 20:25" but it does show today's date and time correctly.

You sir are a genius, and I bow to your wisdom.

I never even thought about an issue with the site tracking my last visits...
