No upload speed still?

It has been a month now, and I have not been able to upload a single pic. I have posted here for a long time, so not a prob my end b4 u all start screaming. Instead of the 90bps I used to get when uploading, all it manages is 20bps..and then decreases rapidly to nothing. Also the position counter above the bps does no longer move? This prob has not been resolved as I have just tried once again.

This might be related to the UK problem the Admin mentioned at the top of this forum.
