How do you Vote??? i've searched everywhere on gallery pages and i can't find a button or anything so i can vote? how do you do it??

click on one of the thumbnails and you will see the 1-10 voting bar right below the pic.

That's right. The Gallery's "stars" rating is the average of all the individual picture "votes" scores of the pictures that have been voted on.
