You could try looking in the Announcement and Site Stuff forums instead of the "General Off Topic" for issues pertaining to the site. To make it easy for you, they know its a problem, they are working on it. It isn't logging anyone out, it just looks like that. Everyone is having the same issue, for me it seems to only pertain to the first page or two of pictures or GIF's, and then it works.
