How to delete thumbnail on uncategorized folder ?

Hello i'd like to know if is it possible to delete a thumbnail placed on the default folder named ''uncategorized folder'' because i don't want to create a new account for that thing, actually i don't have pics on this folder it's empty but i've created a thumbnail that remains and impossible to delete it..
