I'm gona put this here as a general complaint... I'm getting really tired of seeing tranny/gay-male/penis-pics posted all over the fucking place. This is getting especially bad in the Teen & Amateur sections. I know that some dude could technically be a "teen" or an "amature"... but for fuck sake, post that shit in the Gay, Crossdressing, or CD/TV sections.

Agreed, not just teen and amateur. Seems nearly half the galleries are tranny shit. Makes the site unusable

I know there is a bisexual category when uploading images, but it’s not available on the picture categories. What gives? I’d also love to see a brunette picture gallery selection.

Didn't know if it would be better to revive a dead topic or create a new one, but I am curious about the part I highlighted in BiDaddyDon's message, as your message (I presume in reply to him) doesn't really seem to address it.

That the "Default" category is not shown on the categories list page, the "Our Niches" list and the "Narrow Selection" list sort of makes sense to me. Though, I don't understand why the category is not just kept around for legacy reasons and why one can select it when creating a gallery, as I would assume it's just going to potentially result in uploaders getting fewer views when selecting it if they could have chosen another category, even if it's "Misc". As to get to the default category, a browsing user would first have to find a gallery that has the category, and I don't think there is much interest in clicking on a category called "Default".

That the "Bi-sexual" category is also not on the lists is however a bit weird to me. Sure, it's a bit muddled from its - I would guess - original intent of categorizing galleries with both heterosexual and non-heterosexual content and things like bisexual MMF group sex, as some users seem to use it to signal that they're bi when posting photos of themselves.
Yet it very much makes sense to categorize a gallery with it, if it consists of the aforementioned content. Which, again, I would assume results in the uploader getting less views. Most users are probably just going to search for "bisexual" if they are looking for that content and will probably not even get most of the galleries categorized under "Bi-sexual", as a lot of those galleries don't have the word "bisexual" in the description or title.
So, is there a reason why it's not on those lists?

I've made a complaint before, and not gained much traction with it.

Rightly or wrongly, some users just piss me off. Probably says more about me, but I can't help but think that some users go out of their way to be annoying.

Right now, there is a user that has posted hundreds of galleries with maybe 5 pictures in each. The subject matter (turkish, and hijab) has no interest to me. I've complained to the mods before, but I guess there is nothing to be done.

UNLESS ... when a gallery is created, it automatically had a category of the users name. Would it be possible?

I think there is a problem here that needs to be fixed.

Tonight I posted a pictorial. I was selecting categories, and typed in "mat" Unfortunately, I accidentally selected "Animated GIF" instead of "Mature."

After posting, I noticed the mistake, went to My Fap > My Content > Gallery Listing and selected the Category edit icon. I made the change, saved it.

I go back to the post and it's still listed as "Animated GIF." I tried going back again and even though my change was saved, it's still under the wrong category.

Experience has shown me that incorrectly flagged posts get the warning, then get immediately deleted forever. I wind up having to repost because the saved edits don't update on the post.

And I've been asking for this for 11 years now: can we please have a "Brunette" category? I am of the opinion that it would cut down on the "Amateur" and "Teen" overloads. It damn sure will do that for me.

Same when trying to update your favorite.
When I made a mistake and change the favorite's category (well, gallery), it usually takes 24h to see the change (and even then, not always).
Some stuff should really be taken in account, maybe a bug tracker?
Because managing threads on a forum is not very efficient I think...
Or create a "bug" and a "request" zone?

I have received a notice of wrong category, I will now only choose AI Generated Porn, and nothing else. I may have chose the wrong category by accident. I have seen many other users add computer generated along with thee ai generated, they seem to be okay....either way, better to be safe......

Nope. It's just like speed limit. Some get trapped. Others not. And the AI rule is quite new. So if you see older galleries with wrong category IF didn't had a radar pistol yet then.
