When black women will rule the world and OBEAH has been fully established:
Get and re-educate whites from an early age. Black women do not only make great leaders, but also excellent teachers. All white teachers will be removed and replaced by black women. Classes will be mixed containing black female students with white male students. (Black male and white female students should be assigned to separate classes.)
When a black teacher enters the classroom, all students will rise to greet her. The black girls will just rise, while the white boys will have to kneel to pay their respect to their superiors. The black female teachers will also be given the right to use non-injury causing physical punishment, like face-slapping and caning on the hands and bottom, to discipline the white boys, should the need arise. Subjects taught in school will include black history and white guilt.
Additional to this, each white boy will be assigned to one of the black girls in his class. The black girls will also be given the right to punish their white charges and demand their services even after school. Services to be mandatory rendered if demanded, will include cleaning the black girls' boots, carrying their schoolbags, sheltering them under an umbrella on rainy days, etc. White boys will also share their belongings with their respective young black female owners. For example, if a white boy has 10 Mars bars in his lunchbox , he will have to offer 8 to the black girl he has been assigned to .Additional to this, he will frequently reward the girl with little gifts for looking after him. These gifts should include anything she desires. They could consist of flowers, CDs / DVDs or makeup articles like eye-shadow, lipsticks or nail polish.
If the white boy hasn't already done so before being send to school, this close relationship to a black girl of his age will help him to fully understand and accept the superiority and dominance of black girls and women over white males. The young boy will grow into an excellent OBEAH slave whose mind will be focused entirely on pleasing and serving his black female superiors to the very best of his capability once he has become an adult.
