So you make these captions then? Im a bit new to this as I am using a new computer how would one make said captions?

I used photoshop, but you could probably use paint.net or GIMP if you're willing to figure those out. If you just want to add text to an image, you can definitely use those, but the stuff like adding the outline to the words or using custom fonts is probably just for photoshop
