Problem Uploading Zip Files

'Upload' button opens 'Signup.php' page. What gives?

Also, prior to that 'Upload' sends me to a page requesting "upload via email." Of course, with no explanation.

UPDATE: The issue has resolved itself. No explanation.

There is an explanation. Its on the main site in red letters. Turn off your ad blocking scripts, add-ons or extensions.
