Requests to remove personal/copyrighted content (2015-07-21)

Postby admin on Mon Mar 04, 2013 9:53 am

Please understand that I get hundreds of emails a day, and though I do read them all, I can not always reply to each one individually.
A member’s account must always have a valid, working email address so the user can be contacted by Imagefap. Members need to take steps to ensure their email account is valid and working.
If our email is bounced back from delivery, we alert users once via an Invalid Email Address notification, the email address will be tagged as invalid and blocked.
A valid email address can be added here: http://www.imagefap.com/myprofile.php

We provide support in English only. We are unable to respond to emails in any other language.

It is very important to ensure your spam filter is properly configured to allow emails from support@imagefap.com or imagefap@imagefap.com so that you receive our messages.

We need your co-operation to do our work efficiently and accurately. Please read the following information and follow our instructions carefully.
Failure to provide the information requested will prevent your complaint from being investigated
.

If a friend, or someone else, uploaded image(s) of you without your permission, and you feel it violates your privacy or safety, you may wish to file a privacy complaint.

Keep in mind that we're more likely to act on a privacy complaint about images that you have not previously posted anywhere on the internet.
If you posted your images on imagefap, or shared them in chat, and other users copy them, you will have to ask the user sharing your images to remove them.

Privacy complaint using our report form (registered users )
Privacy complaint (non registered users)
Copyright complaint (registered and non registered users)

Privacy complaint using our report form (registered users only) :

Note:
We'll remove photos that you report as unauthorized as long as the reported content involves you, your child (under 13) or another person for whom you are the legal representative or guardian. We will not accept privacy complaints filed on behalf of other family members (e.g., husband, wife, cousin, brother, sister).

Photos involving anyone else will need to be reported by the individual themselves, or we must receive documentation that the reporter is authorized to act on behalf of the person whose photos are posted.

If you encounter a gallery or image that you believe to be in violation of your privacy,
go to the page where you're seeing the content, and click the "Report " link at the bottom of that page.

Using this link will expedite your message to our abuse specialists, along with the URL gallery or image you were looking at when you clicked on it.
This enables us to quickly locate the content you're referring to and take the necessary action.

Do not send multiple complaints on the same issue or your messages may be marked as spam

Each complaint must ALWAYS have at least the following information, or it WILL be ignored:

1. Identify yourself as either:
a: The person in the image, or
b: The legal guardian of a child or dependent in the images/gallery.

2. Please indicate the information you wish to report:
a: My image is shown
b: My full legal name is shown (Please include the exact location, within the title, image or gallery/image description)
c: My child or the person I represent is shown

3. State your contact information (address, phonenumber...)

Add the following statements:
"I have a good faith belief that this content violates my privacy or the privacy of the person I represent"
"I represent that the information in this notification is true and correct."
