Comments & Gallery Descriptions Cut Off

When I post a comment to a picture and the comment is more than a few sentences long it is cut off.

This has happened with gallery descriptions too.

Is there a limit?

There isn't one that I know of, but one issue I know that does exist is that if you put the "&" symbol anywhere in comments or description, everything from that point on is cut out.

thank you! that's what it is. I use that symbol a lot. It helps when typing one handed. Problem solved.
