How far down the list is "Who's Online"?

Postby Silversleeves on Wed Apr 07, 2010 7:07 pm

Seems it's still broken.

Its having been broken has even come up as a side topic in the "chat broken" thread.

I know it's on the "to-do" list with the Admin and tech, but I'm still curious as to what priority it's been given.

It was great to know, or at any rate to have a "ballpark figure," of how many were logged in at the same time you were, when things on the gallery pages and Uploader got slow. Nowadays one's left with vague and arbitrary guessing. I know that between 8A and 530P Eastern things are generally slow. But the "Want to see who's online" link was also a way to gauge how many more members in the space of a day or a week one had to contend with, to do what one wanted to on the site.

So --- any info? :)
