Why do some of my photos come up with a message saying image no longer exists?

because the image no longer exists maybe ? just a stab in the dark there.

kidding aside... it just means that the HD the photo is on is inaccessible at the moment for whatever reason. if IFap deleted it, it would say image has been deleted by IFap.
