Trying to upload pics and when I load the pics to upload on the upload page I get an error. It says at the bottom of the page can't find flength file. Doing it the way I always have done. Anyone know what's going on?

There are several threads about this. It's most likely due to them running out of hard drive space. Give it some time and hopefully it will go away.
