"Server has failed" ? Can't play my vids

Hi staff,
I have loaded two videos to Moviefap in the past 10 days and while they have both been uploaded, I can't get either of them to play and have been contacted by others who say they can't play them either.
When I press the start arrow I get a "X' and a message "The video cannot be played because either the server has failed or the format is not correct". I have been successfully loading and playing the rest of my 40+ vids in mp4 format on Movie/Imagefap without a problem for over two years, so it is not the vid format that is the problem.
I would be happy if you could check out the problem is and try to fix it.
