Preview Images partially distorted

we had that topic some time ago with another user somewhere here but you could not find the problem.
Now I have the same problem with this gal:

The second image (english caption) I uploaded later is distorted in the peviews. The source I took for that caption is the german caption and I only replaced the text layers. So it's "almost the same image" but this one is distorted.
I also changed the caption the way I did with the german cap' so it was technically the same but it was distorted anyway. So I (unfortunately and without thinking about it
) I deleted the third image again. Maybe you can look at it and find the issue.
