Chat Login Issue

I've been attempting over the last 2 days to get into chat and have been unable to get past the "Connect to chat" screen. I click the button and a new window pops open, and then closes, leaving me with the "Connect to chat screen again". I've attempted this on firefox, chrome, edge, brave, samsung browser and the results are all the same. Is this because my account is too new or is there something I'm missing

PS. I've also gone through and allowed all cookies and I'm not running any adblock add-ons
