Help with website (upload, beta not working)

Hello,
I have various problems. I seek help, please, relieve me of my difficulties.

1. beta.imagefap.com works briliantly on my phone and tablet devices, but, on my PC it does not work. I tried everything, all possible internet browsers, disabling addons etc. but the site shows with the clumsy 1998's style html website. How do I reach the modern version of the website?

2. Cannot upload anything. When I press the "upload" button, it logs me off and shows the registration/login page. And again, I tried different internet browsers(opera, chrome, edge), disabling addons EVEN another computer -> nothing helps, same problem everytime.

Please, help me.
