Thumbnails of deleted images

On the profile page where it lists my galleries, it has 5 thumbnails.
There is a problem first that if I delete one of the images that was one of those thumbnails it does not replace it with one of the other images in the gallery. Usually it just shows a blank spot.
And today I notice that it is now showing the thumbnail for the image I deleted.
Can't access the image since it is deleted but the thumbnail appears to still be there

I assume you are aware of the problem but I figure it's worth making sure.
