image i didn't upload

I keep seeing images that are not in my gallery/I didn't upload show up as 1 of the 5 preview thumbnails for the gallery..

I have just recently noticed this in the past week or two, just wondering what might be causing this/why it is happening

Can anyone shed any light on this matter?

I've noticed this too, been happening for quite a while but seems to be happening far more recently.
However, it seems to only be the small preview on the profile page or in the recently uploaded images on the home page.
It doesn't appear to effect the gallery page.

you worded it better than I, this is exactly what I meant. only happens on the preview/profile page, then once in the gallery everything is as it should be.
nothing major, just threw me off when I saw it.
